Your home computer guy is Jesse English. He will come to your house anywhere in the Sierra Vista, Fort Huachuca, Hereford, Huachuca City, Bisbee or Tombstone areas and fix your computer on-site. Or for more difficult fixes, free uninstall, pickup, delivery and reinstall of your computer. He has two decades of experience working on computers. He has worked on most everything out there, from his first computer, an IBM PC JR, to todays bleeding edge hardware. His day job is working as a computer technician for a major defense contractor and has taught computer repair of Windows and UNIX computer systems to literally hundreds of students. He will never charge you more than you were quoted or try to sell you more than you need. He'll advise you with any knowledge he has on the best place to buy your own parts or why you might want to choose one part/brand over another. If he doesn't know, he'll just say "I don't know", and try to get you an answer as soon as possible. No sales-talk, no pressure, just straightforward advice and repairs. Jesse will come to your house to work on your computer. There is no diagnostic fee or travel charge. If he thinks your repair may take longer than is affordable, he'll let you know up front. At that point you may choose whether you want him to take your computer to repair it at his shop or continue the repair at your home. Before he takes your computer he will quote you a fixed fee for repair. If he needs to purchase hardware for your repair, he will call you and clear it with you. Prices If you have recently purchased a new computer and you don't know what to do with your old one, Jesse will come to your home and pick it up. He'll then rebuild the computer and give it away to a local family with children in need of computers. Jesse guarantees all of his repairs. If he missed something, he'll come back out and fix it at no cost. If he can't fix it, it doesn't cost you anything. |
